We have been active in the space since 2015 and work with the world s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, brokerages, and merchants.What you will be doingYou will lead a global team of Enterprise Business Development Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers to drive business from clients in the key growth verticals of Cryptocurrency and Web 3. Serving as a key member of the Crypto and Web3 leadership team you will work with key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure business priorities are addressed.Key responsibilities include: Align the new sales / business development and existing sales / relationship management organization s objectives with business strategy through active participation in strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting Achieve annual objectives for sales, profitability, volume, product mix, and other strategic and financial goals Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behaviour In conjunction with Strategy and other key stakeholders, advise senior executives and other internal functions on competitors, mega-trends, strategic threats, and industry inflection points Understand emerging business models to identify and execute against new opportunities, and educate key internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, compliance, etc.) to enable new business from these areas Work with the Sales Operation team to ensure data and reporting fidelity for the line of business Establish and maintain a professional and productive relationship with prospects, customers, and internal / external peers Represent Worldpay from FIS on industry panels, at tradeshows, and other events High degree of being a self-starter and working autonomously to navigate crypto legal/regulatory guardrails, customer opportunitiesWhat you bring A proven new business sales and relationship management executive within the Payments industry Significant experience engaging business executives on a strategic level Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization Analytical, disciplined, data-oriented decision maker and problem solver, with a bias toward decisive action Good understanding of FIS products and services, banking technology, and payments technology Ability to analyze market and clients business needs and determine related requirements Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across FIS and client or partner organizationsAdded bonus if you haveExperience in digital asset and blockchain payment technologyWhat we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!
