Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • In-House Video Shoots:
      • Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality in-house video content for digital marketing training, affiliate marketing courses, and promotional materials.
      • Handle all aspects of the video shoot, including camera setup, lighting, and sound.
    • Video Editing:
      • Edit footage to create compelling videos for a variety of platforms including YouTube, social media, and websites.
      • Work on promotional reels, ad copies, high-ticket affiliate marketing content, and digital marketing training videos.
      • Add motion graphics, effects, and captions to enhance video content as needed.
    • Post-Production:
      • Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
      • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure videos align with overall branding and messaging.
      • Maintain a consistent editing style that reflects the tone and goals of each project.
    • Content Optimization:
      • Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing, video editing techniques, and platform-specific optimization.
      • Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve the performance of video content.
    • Collaboration & Project Management:
      • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of video content.
      • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • 3 years of experience as a video editor and videographer.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing, training videos, promotional content, and ad creation.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
      • Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera techniques for high-quality in-house video production.
      • Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
    • Content Expertise:
      • Understanding of the digital marketing and affiliate marketing industry, with the ability to create content that resonates with the target audience.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong communication and project management skills.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
      • Creativity and attention to detail to produce engaging, high-quality content.
    Nice to Have:
    • Experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing.
    • Knowledge of SEO and video optimization for platforms like YouTube.
    • Familiarity with animation tools for enhanced video effects.
