Job Description

A seasoned Change Manager who will be responsible to deliver core FP&A strategic changes within the Plan to Perform process area. Is responsible to lay down clear milestones and manage communications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:FP&A/BUSINESS PERFORMANCE CHANGE LEADLead, and provide functional/process expertise on performance management / FP&A related changesResponsible to ensure that the right business performance outcomes are being delivered through each change/initiativeAbility to challenge existing processes as part of embedding new changesShould be able to drive and articulate business performance impact across each change/initiativeProvide thought leadership and execution of process change and building new process capabilities.Responsible to deliver end to end solutions for FP&A related initiatives covering system, data and process elementsIdentification and implementation of re-engineering opportunities, process standardisationinitiatives and investigation and resolution of issues across processesDocument standard procedures and guidelines for processes such as restatements, restructuring, etcEmbed new processes across all countries through the influence of the GPO of P2PAbility to present an executive update on status and progress across all such initiativesWork closely with the P2P leadership team to embed change initiatives into operations and ensure proactive engagement as part of planOwn frequent communication to P2P Leadership Team and Staff on progress, updates to all initiativesCan deal with a dynamic environment and is able to quickly re-calibrate expectations and milestones to initiatives based on external and internal influencesWork with practitioners, delivery owners and BaU teams for periodic updates, progress and risks.Key Relationships: -P2P Leadership teamGFS Functional Coordinators ,ASPIRE and F-TOM teamCFO s and Finance LeadershipOther Change/Project ManagerKey Competencies & Experience:-A leader, a team player with the management ability and track record to secure the confidence and respect of the peers, stakeholders and the executive management teamHas extensive experience in FP&A related initiatives, change or performance reportingExperience of being a senior manager dealing with leadership and C suite executives.A Strong FP&A background with added Analytical and Strategic mindsetAbility to understand and connect business drivers and rationale for and application of those relevant to the Performance management processHave worked as a project manager in large finance change/transformation programsShould be able to lead executive messaging to senior leadershipSignificant experience of working with senior management team and of interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders.Ability to culturally orient in diverse & international team environment and lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situationQualifications / Skills:-Post Graduate, Chartered Accountant or MBA with 15+ years of relevant Project Management experience/ communications in Finance Change/Transformation programsStrong oral and written communication. Should be able to articulate complex messages in a simple and lucid manner.Should have very good PowerPoint experience this needs to be across C-Suite, Senior Leadership level presentationsSolid people and project management skills.Leadership skills and ability to influence others in decision making.Relationship and stakeholder management skills is important. Initiative and proactive thinking.,
