Job Description

Should have strong in Real Estate Strategy, Team Development, Strategic Planning, Closure of Deals, Generation of Sales, Leasing, Marketing and Management services.
Team Coordinates.
Database support to the given Team members.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Meeting the clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

1.Minimum 10 + years of experience including at least 2 years in real estate and should have managed a team.2.Experience in sales / leasing / brokerage Preferably in the Industrial space or worked in any industrial facility.3.Proven track record of success in industrial real estate (sales / business development) & online/ digital marketing.4. Excellent Communication Skills in English, Tamil.5. Strong interpersonal skills6. Age Below 45 years.
