Job Description

    • Qualification: Plus two or Any Degree (Completed)
    • Computer literate
    • Languages: Malayalam Basic knowledge in English Hindi
    • Experience: Minimum 2 yrs in warehouse operations
    • Age limit: below 40 yrs
    • Willing to work in 3 shift OperationsPreparation of SOPs.Receipt of Raw / Packing materials, tankers and preparing the GRN.Coordinating for training related to procedures.Coordinating with internal auditing.Raw material and packing materials dispensing as per the requirement.Initiating change control , deviation and incident report, Risk assessment (QMS documents).Receipt of Intermediates and Finished products from in-house, and updating log books.Preparation of material inward checklist, goods receipt note and retest intimation.Updation of inward register for raw and packing materials before and after status change.Monitoring and recording of Temperature.Monitoring of Housekeeping activities.Weighing balance Calibration, verification and record updating.Coordination with QC for sampling activity.Coordinating with QA for dispatch activity and updating the related documents.Preparing the dispatch related documents, delivery challan and posting in ERP.Raising purchase requisition/indents for all Raw/packing materials as per production plan and consumable items for warehouse and production.To follow and ensure the warehouse procedures are carried as per procedure.Any other jobs assigned by management from time to time.
