Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and/or maintain HR programs and policies, employee handbooks and employment contracts compliant with local employment legislation and regulations.- Ensure all HR and employment practices are compliant with legislation as applicable and develop best practices regarding HR policies and procedures.- Analyze and make sound recommendations on complex human resources management issues; understand, interpret, explain and apply regional statutory laws, regulations and requirements.- Design and implement new employee on-boarding procedures and practices.- Develop, implement and administer various HR programs in accordance with local laws- Ensure that HR processes, records, systems and communication are efficient and effective, including all required information with necessary approvals.- Implement compensation and benefit strategies and programs to ensure that salaries, benefits, and rewards are effectively planned, implemented, and aligned with competitive practices in the industry.- Partner closely with other aligned functions to ensure that programs, policies and practices are aligned globally.- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employee organizations and act as business partner to the Senior Operations Team by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues.- Responsible for assessing employee engagement through conversations with HR Director and work closely on developing a plan for improvement and developmental activities.- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles and analyses and presents MIS reports effectively.This job opening was posted long time back.
