Come and join us at Vestas!Service Industrialization > Service PLM & MDM > Task List, SBOM, RSPLService PLM & MDM under Service Product Lifecycle management is responsible for handling the complete Lifecycle of the Components and Technical specs used in Wind Turbines, which are maintained via active service contracts.Moreover, the department enables geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary, teams to strategically collaborate with partners and customers using trusted, up-to-date product informationResponsibilities
• Receive and analyze requests to update task lists (work types) based on Various stake holders (agents input), and technical supports
• For any given input data for task list should able to analyse the Input data accordingly need to evaluate,interpret and create & update task list
• Create and update guidelines to facilitate agents & relevant stake holders
• Review the incoming task list update request via Service SSB and service now tickets from SBUs or SDC to update global and local task list Develop task list in SAP and Windchill from the material list used for the executing service orders for the turbine service & maintenance activities
• Work as an Interface between Technical Leads and Internal Customers to implement Technical Solutions
• Monitor and Provide Periodic reporting on the deliverables by the team to relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of outputs according to the defined expectations, Lead Time, and KPI
• Continuous improvement of processes, methods, and deliveries with simplicity. Accountable that work types comply with governance & guidelines. Do Quality check
Qualifications
• Minimum a bachelors in the relevant area, e.g., Electrical, Electronics Mechanical, or Mechatronic
• Minimum of 7 to 10+ years of working experience as an Engineer or supervising after Engineering
• Minimum 2~ 3 years of experience in Wind Turbines industry Operation / Service / Construction, On-Site Experience preferred
• Turbine Technical support experience will be advantage
• Overall technical experience & exposure in handling technical aspects related to material specifications, and Documentation
• Some experience with leadership would be advantageous (small task team, project, or similar)
• Minimum SAP Experience is required and Experience within PLM Windchill and SAP Material master module would be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in Excel and SQL databases would be advantageous
