Job Description

    We are looking for instructional designers who have hands-on experience of minimum 3 years in developing learning content and modules in a rapid authoring environment for technology solutions. The candidate must have strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex topics. Instructional Designer Responsibilities: Work with the Client team to identify the requirements Create courses and modules by applying learning theories, evaluation methods, and best practices Remodel the existing instructional content and material based on best practices Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia to support learning Develop assessments and learning activities for guides and manuals Ensure that the instructional design output is delivered within expected project timelines. Instructional Designer Requirements: Must have Bachelor s Masters degree Minimum of 3 years experience using course authoring tools and proficiency with various LMS systems Articulate, Blackboard, Canvas, Camtasia, Captivate, Moodle or proprietary LMS Excellent written and oral communication skills and an understanding of varied learning styles Familiarity with various forms of content and knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods,
