The Senior Integration Developer position is a senior position requiring 5 years of development experience and a leadership skill set in addition to the technical aspects required of development. This position requires the individual to be able to analyze, design, implement, build, test and/ or maintain system components. Responsible for leveraging .net, business rule engine, work- flow engine, XML technologies and web services best practices to support the development, transformation and integration of new and existing systems within a dynamic Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) / Service- Oriented Architecture (SOA) focused development environment. Primary Responsibility Advanced knowledge of programming languages, software development tools and environments and systems analysis and functional design is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development using Spring MVC and Spring Web services. Minimum 5 years of experience in Hibernate, JSP and JQuery. Minimum 5 years of experience in Drools (rules engine) w/ Decision Tables. Minimum 5 years of experience in RDBMS and Strong SQL skills, must have done performance optimization and worked in Web- sphere Application Server. Expert knowledge of application design principles, practices, system development methodologies and software life cycles is required. Provide technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations, and enhancement of existing systems; participate in structured walk- through and technical reviews. Strong communications and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving/ analysis skills Ability to work well both in teams and independently Skills/ Experience Associate will be working as a Integration Developer for the new development project. Need to constantly evaluate to adopt new technical frameworks. Must have to be tech- savvy and be able to adapt to new technical frameworks. Should be able to lead the design and development of the system Good to have health- care domain experience. ,
