* Strong understanding of Oracle Identity manager / Oracle Access manager 11gR2 PS3 concepts* Hands on experience in connector installation, upgrade and custom connector development* Must have experience in creating all OIM / OAM configuration objects for target application management* Have strong development experience in Event handler, Process task adapters, pre-populate adapters, Schedulers* Must have strong development experience in Oracle PL/SQL stored procedure * Contributing in all phases of project including testing* Experience in struts framework development will be an advantage* Ability to learn and understand customer implementation of OIM,
