Job Description

CPU, Memory, Disk, services, uptime monitoring & reporting.
Disk management - creating partitions for the different types of servers
Disk space management for OS partition(s)
System Log file management
User account management and monthly reporting
Incident and Request Services Management and monitoring
BFL Approved client software installation on server environment.
Coordination and support with Patch Management team for regular patching activities with the help of onsite team to get down time confirmation from the application, DB and Server owner.
CMDB management
Request Fulfillment Management End-Users / Onsite Team will raise the request with the help of BFL DCO team
