This would help faster and simpler development and maintenance. The profile is someone with excellent WTX/Oracle experience who can quickly adapt and deliver. Candidate has to train and develop the expertise of the team. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities The Developer will have following responsibilities:
• Analyse & estimate the requirement.
• Write detailed technical analysis with impacts (technical/functionally)
• Design & develop high quality code
• Unit test and provide support during implementation
• Bug fixing & performance optimization
Contributing Responsibilities
• Mentor and carry out code reviews of junior members on the team
• Support to Service Delivery team for Production issue.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies Proficiency in: - IFD, DID and Websphere TX - Design Studio- Creating WTX Systems, Maps, Typetrees and MDQ- Unix Shell scripting- Oracle PL/SQL development Specific Qualifications (if required)
• Knowledge and experience in the financial services domain
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/iterative methodology
• Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projects
