Job Description

Description Mandatory Skills

  • Providing New User Access, Assigning User Security Roles, Property/Property Lists for the Property Management Companies.
  • Resolving the Yardi Navigation, Login, Transaction Error, Lease, Tenants Data issues etc.
  • Uploading vendors in Yardi 6.0 for Property Management Companies.
  • Support the functional part of Yardi 6.0 for Property Management Company and the Yardi end users by resolving the request/queries and email them with the resolution.
  • Preparing Budget templates, converting the budget files and uploading them in Yardi.
  • Escalate the Yardi requests/queries to different groups and co- ordinate between teams involved in Yardi 6.0 implementation.
  • Attending the meetings for the new procedure, objective and agenda set for the property.
  • Directly interact with the Directors via Phone calls/Emails to make them well versed with the better understanding of Yardi 6.0 application.
  • Setting up Weekly review Meetings with client to know about the feedbacks and any improvements required for the process.
Preferred Skills:
  • Domain knowledge towards Real Estate Accounting and Yardi Implementation.
  • Domain Expert of different modules of Yardi 6.0 like Commercial, Residential, Construction Development Management.
  • Domain Expert in different databases of Yardi 6.0 i.e. Live Database Etc.
  • Responsible for the Conversion and Implementation of Yardi 6.0 Application.
