Job Description

    Youll be our: ZonalProgram ManagerYoull be based at: Zonal Head Quarter (Chennai)Youll be Aligned with: Program Lead - Business ProgramYoull be A member of: Program ManagementWhat youll do at Ather:As an Zonal Program Manager, you will be responsible for : Managing day to day Sales & Customers experience metrics with the swimlane for a region Keeping track of retail partner / dealer metrics , experience Work in Swimlanes (Cross Functional Teams , CFTs include Zonal Sales Managers / Area Sales managers, Regional Brand Managers, Marketing , Finance, Manufacturing, Legal,etc) and make sure metrics/ targets are achieved by resolution of any blockers / issues. Work with Internal Stakeholders and resolve issues for smooth functioning of sales operations Analysis & Presentation of different metrics of the different Zones to the Management. Planning Sprints & PI (Program Increments), Execution , Sprint Retrospective Manage & resolve escalations/ risks at HO level. for customer / retail partner issues to make sure business continues as is. Immediately Contain the issue so that we keep the business running while the issue is fixed permanently. Raise the issue upstream so that the issue is resolved forever and not repeated again Escalate at the right time Be ruthless on the metrics.Heres what we are looking for: Cross functional stakeholder management at all levels to achieve desired outcomes (ZMs, ASMs, RBMs, Sales Strategy, Finance , Legal, etc) If you have worked as a TSM/ AMS in automotive , its an added advantage. Worked in operations / Retail Sales - Automotive, FMCG for 4-5 years Worked in a startup environment - 1-2 year As the company is in a growth phase , you need to be passionate about hitting the targets by managing the flux. Be ruthless on the metrics (Intentionally repeated) Have previously managed small business will be an added advantageWhat youll bring to Ather: Bachelors - BE / BTech (Mech/ Auto - Preferred , open to other branches) working currently in Automobile industry 3-5 years of experience in automobile sales.
