Should be well versed in technical trouble shooting / problem solving, production planning- planning the resources ( man, machines, tooling, fixtures, materials & method of production of final product- manpower handling, lead a team of 200+ operators and supervisory staff, strong in plant layout, 5S, Quality Management System, lean Management principles, kaizan and other productivity improvement / cost reduction programs leverage OEE to accurately measure productivity. Should be an excellent communicator and possess interpersonal skills. Should drive lean business strategy, and continuous improvement, eliminate wastes.
