Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Description
    • Support users in resolving issues related to Application Lifecycle Management tools like RTC, Jenkins, GIT, Artifactory, DOORS, Enterprise Architect etc.
    • First level users support on the applications access, configurations, management and application upgrades
    • Use Ticket Tracking systems like JIRA/RTC to solve user queries/issues regarding various ALM tools
    • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
    • Identifying and resolving technical issues
    • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the ALM applications/tools
    • Developing reports for teams across the business
    • Ability to learn new technologies and tools based on the need/requirements
    Skills & Experience
    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Applications support as analyst
    • Work experience with Software Development Tools like RTC, Jira, GIT, Artifactory Jenkins, Gerrit etc.
    • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and various tools used in SDLC
    • Experience in using ticket tracking tools like RTC or JIRA
    • Hands on experience with scripting language like Python, groovy and java would be a plus
    • Excellent team skills, with good collaboration with stakeholders
    • Highly flexible with work and self-motivated
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
