Job Description

Responsible for the complete SW Project from requirements to delivery
Prepare SW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligning with Customer, development teams, vendors.
Handling a SW development & testing team of size 10 15.
Technically drive the Project towards milestone deliveries.
Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the team
Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets
Support for the acquisition of projects
Stake Holder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction, Vendor engagement, Team handling etc.
Status reporting for customer reviews and management reviews
Identify and Implement productivity improvement measures.
Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation.
