Job Description

Portfolio Management in a Metro/Non-Metro Market in accordance with the Business Plan Execute the regions collection strategy, monitor performance, and provide feedback to NCM.
Manage Credit Loss/Collection Efficacy and Recovery/Portfolio Health Indicators/Productivity and Cost
Coordinate with legal Manage the achievement of CD level Resolution, Nrm, and Rb targets based on the operating plan.
Rate of extraction Portfolio segmentation and corrective action (MOB, Curr Bal, Channel, Core, Non-Core, Segmentation) - Manage settlement loss targets on the basis of the regions operating plan - Perform due diligence on accounts for settlement Legal and ensure wing-to-wing closure. - Ensure cases are assigned across agencies within time constraints.
