Job Description

    We are looking for a competent Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in CNC, VMC and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and machinery, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance activities. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and other maintenance personnel during the shift. Ensure that preventive maintenance tasks are carried out according to schedule to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with foundry equipment. Repair or replace defective parts of foundry equipment. Perform regular inspections of foundry equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Collaborate with other shift engineers and foundry managers to improve maintenance processes and efficiency. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed * Diploma in Electrical / equivalent with 5 years experience. Proven experience in maintaining equipments in a foundry or similar industrial setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Exposure in PLC trouble shooting Excellent troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends / Planned holidays,
