Job Description

  • Responsible to provide effective service to building management monitoring.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of BuildingAutomation System such as HVAC System (Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU, FAHU, TFA, Sensors, Pumps, Motors, steam boiler and Heat Exchanger etc.)
  • Prepares asset survey reports, data, and sheet for solving maintenance related problems& daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
  • Control Panels and DDC panels : Operation and Maintenance of HVAC control system.
  • Fire Alarm System : Operation and Maintenance, Fire hydrant System, Sprinklers etc.
  • Access Control system, CCTV, Public Address System : Operation and Maintenance.
