Job Description

Position : BRANCH HEAD (BM) Locations:Saibaba Colony ,Sidhapudur, Udumalpet, Sundarapuram, Madthukullam, Papampatti Pirivu Job Responsibilities :-

Allotted target achievement of the branch.
New customer acquisition and attending all product inquiries through normal branch walkins, sales activities, marketing promotions etc.
Regular follow up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
Responsible for regular branch operations gold appraisal, strong room operations, making gold packets, closures, renewals etc.
Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
Cost control.
Others, as instructed by higher authority.

Required Candidate profileBranch Managers (Only Retired Ex Bankers or VRS Optee from Scale II, Age upto 62 years) ORCandidates with (5+ yrs ) experience in Banking & NBFC in Assistant Manager or above capacity currently. (Age within 30 -35yrs)Perks and Benefits Fixed Salary+incentives+ Bonus,
