BYJUsBusiness Development Associate( Sales )BYJUS is looking for passionate, self-driven, and focused individuals who can take the education revolution to the next level.This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJUs unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJUS, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJUS unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.CTC: BDA will be offered a total compensation of INR 10,00,000 LPA which includes the following components.Fixed Compensation : INR 5,00,000/-Variable Compensation : INR 3,00,000/-Direct Sales Allowance : INR 2,00,000/- Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)Perks of being a BD associate at BYJUs:Bi-monthly incentive roll outIncentive trips and incentive bonuses for top performersMust have:Willingness to build career in sales domainWillingness to learnGood to have:Highly effective communicationStrong convictionHigh energy and enthusiasmPrior experience in sales andbusiness developmentis an add-onGood grasp of school curriculum and learning
