Proactively target prospects and accounts to generate qualified meetings through outbound calling. Take responsibility for all (web- based) incoming enquiries and direct them to the appropriately. To be strategically aligned with Marketing - supporting regularly on all marketing initiatives and helping to co- create effective marketing campaigns. Attend relevant marketing, networking events and conferences. Monitor all relevant media and track competitor activities as well as identify issues/ moves in clients/ prospects that could generate new opportunities. Strategic sales support that includes generating and managing face- to- face meetings, client calling, meeting preparation/ research, systems updating and internal communications. On occasion managing the end to end sales process for an enquiry including attending meetings, writing proposals and writing ideas.
