Job Description

One of our Prestigious Client in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu is looking for an Business Head for their Agri Automation DivisionLocation - Coimbatore I Age 40 Years I Languages Known : Tamil, English & HindiThe Role :To effectively manage the manufacturing facility, to be the best in class manufacturing unit and provide a seamless experience to customers. The ideal candidate should have worked in a Agricultural Machinery Building /Trading Industry.

  • Should have had exposure to Agricultural Machinery Building /Trading Industry
  • Leading a team of people ideally a cross functional team.
  • The Role Holder will Operate from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Preference will be given to those willing to join at a short notice.
  • This position reports to theManaging Director
Key Responsibilities :
  • Create a culture of safety across the manufacturing unit.
  • Create a strong team Identify top talent, empower to deliver the company objectives.
  • Provide Leadership to the team clear objectives & sense of purpose
  • Develop the manufacturing facility to be the best in class in Agricultural Machinery Building.
  • Improve and sustain productivity in manufacturing.
  • Provide a seamless experience to customers.
  • Leading Marketing Function, for the successful, Consistent growth of the Business.
  • Play Advisory role to the Board on Agri Machinery business.
  • Responsible for the P & L of the Business.
  • Provide leadership to both Marketing and After Sales Service support.
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.
  • Build long term relationships with employees, clients / Customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Agri Engineering + MBA with 10 years of post - qualified experience.
  • Preferably someone with Agricultural Machinery Building /Trading Industry.
