Job Description

Job DescriptionDay-to-day handling of canteen operations for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner.Quality & quantity check of food before service & coordinating, managing vendor team on ensuring the prompt regular canteen food service for associates.Preparation of Fortnightly menu (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner).Handling of meeting/customer/training room pantry services.Online tool management for pantry services mentioned above.Purchase request and order, activities for regular services, AMC & other requirements.Indenting and Inventory/stock management of canteen materials.Canteen & vending machine vendor staff management (Involving from recruitment, supervising and executing the day-to-day services).Overall vendor management from signing agreement, operating and coordinating till exit.Documentation of regular service food ordering, receiving, wastage.Ensuring proper documentation of vendor for all RBEI required documents, e.g. FSSAI for site/base kitchens & vehicle, Food vehicle licenses, half yearly medical reports, Grooming documents, PCB certifications, ISO filing and documentation, Employee statutory documents-ESI, PF, Form I-IV, etc.Vending machine daily readings entry management.Billing consolidation, report generation and documentation of canteen & vending machine services.Invoice workflow management.Cost monitoring documentation.Regular documentation for PIR in case of quantity transfer, amendment in canteen RFQ.High-tea operations and management.Special executive & VIP services management.Internal Auditing of base kitchens.Preparation of Internal audit report & follow-up for closure.Coordinating for RBEI internal & external audits, report closures.Canteen agreement & pro-view - yearly review, amendment activities.Monthly Status Report of food wastage monitoring & documentation.Forecasting & ordering of food quantity checklist on daily basis.Overall management of all canteen documents (Quantity checklist, Ashram food, Bread-Butter inward, Pantry services, Food ordered quantity, Food received quantity, Food wastage quantity).Involvement (analysis & finalizing) in selection of new canteen vendor.Engaging new vendors by providing RBEI canteen requirement & RFQ.Food test reports documentation, report generation in case of quality concerns from associates.Handling of associate queries (mail, in-person).Event planning, co-ordination and execution of canteen related activities.Regular mail follow-ups.Individual goal related works & documentation,
