Job Description

Develop marketing strategy in partnership with leadership team to identify , qualify and deliver sales leads as required for all markets Plan , create and execute multi - channel marketing campaigns and nurturing cadences and proactively communicate progress and results to stakeholders Supervise marketing team to plan and conduct campaigns , participate in conferences and other promotional events. Manage the integration of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms and monitor performance to ensure precise targeting of campaigns and cadences to appropriate audiences with correct coding and tracking In partnership with senior leadership team , design and maintain automated reporting on marketing KPIs and other business metrics reporting results and learnings on a monthly , quarterly and campaign basis Ensure that customers and channel partners are up to date with new products and enhancements. Evaluate existing marketing programs and recommend changes for improvements. Develop profitable marketing plan based on industry trends and competitor activities. Inform management on potential competitive threats and propose corrective actions. Developing and promoting a marketing toolkit consisting of overview slides , credentials decks , corporate decks and brand templates for use by Cloud Assert marketing leads Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget. Provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements Key Skills: Plan Digital Campaigns: Planning and executing digital , channel - specific campaigns is a key part of a channel marketing manager s role. This includes determining which media platform to advertise on and how to adapt campaigns to suit the channel they re being used on. Perform Market Research: Staying ahead of the curve and following the latest digital trends and searches , as well as the newest technologies. Also , carry out competitor research to monitor what other companies are doing. Develop Channel Strategies: Develop channel - specific marketing strategies for the forthcoming year. These strategies are worked out with department heads to discuss topics such as budgets or contracts , and to make sure all teams are aligned with the marketing plans. Report on Results: Gather data on the Marketing campaign results and create reports to show what worked and what was less effective for different markets and audiences. Communication skills Requires communicating effectively , so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for success Analytical abilities channel marketing managers analyze data , observe trends , and report and evaluate the success of campaigns and social engagement , which requires strong analytical abilities Teamwork Often collaborate with a team and other departments or external contacts. For this reason , it s important to be polite , professional , and courteous with colleagues , and work well in a team Organization skills Often work with different colleagues and teams on multiple projects at one time , so the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized is essential Requirements: MBA in marketing , advertising , or equivalent , would be a plus. Preference given to candidates from a Tier 1 Engineering / A level Business Schools. Minimum of 3 years in B2B Channel Marketing role (Cloud / SaaS experience a plus) Must have hands - on experience using Zoho or similar CRM software; must be familiar with the principles of design and management of a customer database Direct experience with marketing automation software (e.g. Zoho) or work experience in an active B2B marketing communications team preferred Proficient in SEM , email marketing , SEO , display and social media advertising , and affiliate marketing Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to drive creative marketing solutions. Proven expertise in effective , predictable lead generation for inside sales teams Experience creating enterprise case studies , white papers , and client stories is preferred. Must be a self - starter with initiative and drive , capable of executing rapidly with limited strategic direction. Must have an exceptional eye for quality in marketing collateral and an unwillingness to compromise on the quality of both messaging and design. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while never sacrificing quality. Ability to build and scale in a fast - growing company with a focus on execution. Strong communication skills , including copy writing , presentation skills , and negotiation. Must be a world - class individual contributor first and foremost to thrive at Cloud Assert; not be here just to tell other people what to do.,
