Job Description

    We are looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant who owns and analyze business processes and expert in ecommerce or retail domain , write system process specifications to be used for code development. The role reports to the Product Manager Job Location - Coimbatore/ Hyderabad / Mysore. Skillsets : * Knowledge of at least one of the following Industries Retail, CPG, Telecom, Auto or Manufacturing. * ECommerce /retail domain knowledge, Presales, BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PRODUCT ENGINEERING, SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENT NEEDS, MANAGES BUSINESS CONSULTANTS. * Agile - scrum master/ exposure to Agile methodology, working with cross functional teams * Certifications Into Business analysis like CBAP, CSPO etc. would be added advantage. * Requirements Elicitation, Stakeholder management and Competitive Analysis * Wireframe creation and working knowledge on any prototype tool (Balsamiq, InVision App, Justinmind, Figma etc.) * Ecommerce and Retail domain knowledge with microservice based architecture will be added advantage. * Envision towards building a well defined product roadmap. * Ability to understand and work with REST APIs. * Project and portfolio management. Knowledge of domain and product Product life cycle, product branding and positioning Knowledge of at least one of the following Industries Retail, CPG, Telecom, Auto or Manufacturing. Knowledge of Ecommerce Excellent communication skills Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations Excellent client facing interpersonal-influencing and mediation skills Ability to work under pressure managing expectations of various stakeholders Ability to think critically and analytically to solve problem Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business,
