Job DescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTIONREPORTS TO: Destination Manager / Office Manager / Branch ManagerCOMPANY OVERVIEW AND CONTEXTPOSITION PURPOSEResponsibilities:To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectationsTo achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destinationSupport execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intakeBuild strong client support through 100% compliance of application processesEffectively implement global priority projects at country / officeKey KPIsAchieve targets for Leads , Applications , Finalizations by intakeVisit partner Universities for the respective destination and present learnings amongst the teamAustralia / Multi Destination client satisfaction ratings at office levelBe certified as a counsellor for assigned destinations ( pass test every year)100% Quality Check pass of Applications through CRM Applied , 100% CRM adoptionConduct Local Initiative Strategy activities in the local marketPERSON SPECIFICATIONEssential requirements:Bachelor (or above) qualificationStrong knowledge of destination and local education systems2 - 3 year counselling experience preferably in the education industryAbility to multitask under pressure and meet deadlinesVisible orientation towards having high quality service as integral part of work ethicsComputer skills including , Word , ExcelFluent in English - written and verbalStrong problem resolution skillsExperience in working with CRM systems will be desirableGood communication skills - written and verbal (English) skills,
