Customer Happiness is something that we strive for - and in this role , the potential recruit is someone who can keep this culture of making every customer happy going strong.Roles and responsibilities:We are looking at a person who will completely own the operations and support for Twenty19s company side of the business. In this role , your primary responsibility is to make sure that every company that uses Twenty19 goes back happy.Your responsibilities include:- Help Companies onboard Twenty19 & recruit awesome interns- Be the primary point of contact and Support customers using email and the phone / li>- Proactively reach out to companies ensuring they have an amazing experience using Twenty19- Work with the technical team in solving customer issues- Suggest and ideate feature launches and new ideas to improve the product- Feeling of pride of making a change in the student community in India.Prior Experience : 0 to 2 yearsWhat makes you suitable:- Deeply passionate and cares enough to solve the problems of the customers- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Desire to connect with people , enjoys talking to people and an active listener- Exceptional organizational skills & detail oriented - knows to prioritize and get things done- Proactive and a deep Desire to take ownership of projects and bring them to completion- Ability to think on the feet and help customers solve problems- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilitiesIf you have got what it takes , and you think that this is absolutely the company and role you want to be in.
