Job Purpose/Description Minimum 9 + years of work experience in developing web, windows and web service application using Microsoft technologies.3 years as a technical lead along with Ang JS / Node Js ( Need Full Stack Only ) Strong programming experience with .Net Framework, ASP.Net, C#, LINQ, WPF, WCF, MVC, Visual Studio and TFS. Experience with web service standards (Web API, WCF, REST, XML, JSON and SOAP). Also an ability to create secure web services. Development background using Entity framework, ADO.NET or any ORM tools Good understanding in software design patterns such as MVC, repository, unit of work and others. SQL Server database design and implementation experience Experience in building .Net architecture and, re-usable components. Experience in any identity management tool like ASP.NET identity, ASP.NET membership. Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Solution Design Documents Should have good understanding about version control and build management using any version control tools such as GitHUB, TFS or SVN Experience supporting multiple tier application environments including multiple code environments, source code repository, code promotion (DEV, QA, STG, PROD) Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services Experience in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum Methodology is required Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems Tracking and reporting defects. Should be aware the performance issue and should be take care of it. Strong understanding of redundancy, load balancing, failover Should have experience or good understand about Dependency injection, any unit test framework or continuous integration framework. Duties and responsibilities Should have deep understanding and experience in Microsoft technologies. Providing technical leadership to the project. Responsible for detailed technical design at a solution level. Estimating technical effort, work breakdown structure, risks and solutions at a solution level. Responsibility for delivery of overall technical solution to schedule and time. Takes accountability for quality technical deliverables to agreed schedule and estimates. Coaching and mentoring peers and team members assigned to the project. Working with one or more Senior Application Engineers and Application Engineers on the project and working with the Project Manager to ensure a quality delivery to time, scope and budget. Work with Project Managers, UI Designer, Project Architect/Onsite project coordinator and other project partners to resolve issues which arise within project; supports and monitors projects progress. Greater awareness of Project management, Business analysis and software testing disciplines. Monitoring adherence to development methodologies. Support to ensure quality adherence to Application Engineering methodologies standards, leading practices, budgets, and timelines are met. Build and manage software component reuse, templates, widgets, and pattern library components. Managing project change appropriately. Sound analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple technical challenges simultaneously per each project assigned when needed. Ability to convert business and technical requirements into an appropriate technical solution. Proactively anticipates project issues before they occur; defines the problem; identifies possible causes; Maintains effective and consistent communication within the team, with peers and leaders across own and other teams. Identify and develop proof of concept required for the project. Must be a self-starter and Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance. ,
