  • Analyzed data and recommended improvements in RF.
  • Network Design based on Projected Business Study for New Roll Out and
  • Trend analysis and performance reporting for VIP/major roads sites on weekly bases.
  • Recommended measures for system improvement.
  • Prepared summaries for reports and analyzed them.
  • Weekly reporting/analysis for repetitive degraded cells.
  • Investigating the Customer Problems (Coverage, Quality and Throughput).
  • Initial investigation & Troubleshooting for cc through log file analysis.
  • Post Processing Analysis for DT Log Files.
  • Performed field tests on equipments and prepared test logs.
  • Analyzed logs for signal strength and assisted in process of cell selection.
  • Calibrated and performed troubleshoot on testing equipments.
  • Investigated drop calls and other network failures and resolved all issues.
  • Prepared reports that were based on drive test data.
  • Optimization and Initial tuning of Network Performance through analysis of KPIs (like TCH/SDCCH call drops, CSSR, PSR, SDCCH & TCH blocking of cell sites) during network modernization.
  • In case of cluster KPI not meeting the KPI, giving recommendations for physical optimization
  • Preparing cluster AT Reports using Tems Discovery.
  • Planning On Air New Sites for SCFT & Making drive routes as per Coverage Predictions.
  • Responsible for final SCFT Acceptance from customer.
  • SSO and Cluster KPI analysis to meet KPI threshold
  • Preparing all necessary documents for Acceptance Test (AT) and completion of AT of optimized sites.
  • WCL analysis and recommendation for KPI improvement
  • Checking alarms and hardware issue for KPI Degraded cells
  • Monitor, escalate operational and hardware issues to concerned department.
  • Cluster Optimization and KPIs Improvement.
  • Reduce congestion and drops, improving HSR, Paging & CSSR in the designated area.
Note:- Minimum 1 -3 year experience for all the positions. bike is compulsory with Form Tocli.
