Job Description

Perform Project estimation (using industry proven estimation techniques), Initiation, execution, monitoring/tracking & closure
Ensure the project / task size is estimated before the design activity starts using the Planning Poker method
Ensure all project estimates are reviewed by Principal Consultant / Architects / Specialists/ Domain experts
Ensure Sprint Retrospective Meeting is conducted at the end of each Sprint and results of the learning meeting are collected

Analyze requirements
Review Requirements Specification
Prepare for design
Establish Start of Phase Checklist
Technical Reviews
Knowledge on AGILE Methodologies like SCRUM, XP is needed

Knowledge on Risk approaches & mitigation plan is needed

Knowledge on Automotive cluster, infotainment domain would be an added advantage.

PMI-PMP or CSM, ACSM would be an added advantage

Requirements Development
