Preparation of Instrument index by review the P&ID with the use of INtools. Preparation of cable Schedules & Interconnection diagrams. Preparation of Instrument specification sheet (ISS) with the use of specification module and process module in INtools. Preparation of Process Hook-Ups and Pneumatic Hook-Ups with the interpretation of INtools as well as AutoCAD and calculation of BOQ. Performing cable sizing, cable routing & scheduling with INtools, Excel. Preparation of Instrument mounting typical and Material Take-off list (MTO). DCS & Instrument panel layout inside control room. Preparation of Junction box details and Cable tray layout design. Co ordinate with the construction/third party agency to make the as built in the project site. Onsite co ordination for the modification and updating of Hook up, index, Additional Loop creation, MTO etc. Vendor drawing review & Coordination with other disciplines. Interaction with Project, Proposal, Procurement & Construction team. Preparation of project scope of work. Selection & Sizing of various Instruments like control valves, flow meters, thermowells, relief valves etc,
