Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • Over 6 years of experience in software development and testing, minimum 4 years of hands on experience in Test Management
  • Responsible for test specification, execution, automation and documentation
  • Responsible for test case quality and test coverage1 according to V&V strategy
  • Inform V&V manager about V&V status
  • Experience in project/test management tools such as codebeamer, Jira, etc
  • Experience is Continuous Integration Toolchains
  • Experience in working under Agile project setup and scrum process Work experience in Embedded products Testing
  • Experience in python/matlab scripting
  • Good knowledge in Testing concepts & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques
  • Active partition in customer co-ordination and technical interaction across locations Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Added Advantage: Knowledge in signal processing and data analysis
  • Added Advantage: experience in sensor based testing
Skill:
  • Experience in Embedded domain
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on with Python scripting
  • ISTQB Foundation level certified
Tasks:
  • All tasks are to be performed efficiently, effectively and according to the project V&V strategy
  • Evaluation of test basis for testability
  • Support for improving requirements regarding testability
  • Creation of test specifications
  • Test execution
  • Creation of test reports
  • Reporting detected issues/deviations and supporting their analysis
  • Triggering/performing review of test case specifications
  • Definition of requirements for test environment
  • Setting-up test environment (including environment for test automation)
  • Automation of tests Triggering/performing review of test automation scripts
  • Giving feedback on time to improve the V&V strategy
