The role of a team member is to share collective responsibility for the performance of the team, to be an effective team player and undertake assigned work within the agreed timescales. Selection & finalization of the right technical design and concept as well as the critical main components MandatorySkills: Experience in New Product development and Initiation (NPD/ NPI) Experience in Protobuilt, testing and validation Experience in Solidworks / UG / Creo / PDM / Team Center /Windchill Should have sound knowledge in Machining and Sheet metal parts design Experience in Design review / checking by means of design calculation Should have experience in DFx, GD&T, Tol stack-up and its application Should have knowledge in selection of Materials and its finish Should be able to create, check and deliver drawings in accordance with AMSE Y 14 series with high accuracy and consistency Should be able to understand the mechanical design and assist in detail design support activities (applying GD&T, Datum s ) Should understand and ECO process and completely own the activity Experience in Product life cycle and Engineering Change management Experience in project scope tracking & able to analyze the scope change Process oriented & structured working Proactive mindset with self- motivation Good presentation skills & good in communication (both oral & written) Knowledge in FMEA and DFMEA Knowledge in RoHS, REACH, UL / CE / IEC low voltage directives Experience (In Month): 72Qualification: BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering (with Industrial Product development background) ,
