Job Title: English Language Trainer - ePublishing - Chennai / Coimbatore Company Name: One of the leading ePublishing Firm Experience: 4 - 12 years , Job Location: Chennai , Coimbatore Train the fresh language editors on English (basic grammar , spellings , usage , style aspects etc) Work closely with the line managers to understand the language requirements and frame training module accordingly Build training content , materials and presentations based on the training needs and requirements Conduct basic English training sessions to the new recruits and assess their performance to ensure they transform as effective resources with language skills and ability Identify training need and conduct in - depth Language classes for editors on the floor Frequently involve in preparing / updating language tests for the new recruits / editors on the floor Required Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate with Science and English literature / Science or English literature Minimum of an years experience in teaching / training English for students / professionals Ability to learn and understand the basics of publishing / copyediting , before being a trainer Ability to handle multiple batches of training with the same level of energy and enthusiasm Eye for detail , excellent communication , interpersonal skills and presentation skills Passion for reading , writing , teaching and sense of motivating fresh minds are the key mandates for this position,
