Greeting from Park GroupWe have excellent opportunity for Email support Location : Coimbatore Shift : Day /Night RESPONSIBILITIES:Should have reasonable knowledge in US Property Tax/Real Estate** Well versed in US Property tax terminologies/definitions/vocabulary** Analyze clients enquiries and responding promptly** Use various available tools to perform required search and collate information** Resolving customer complaints** Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests** Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes in given TAT (Turnaround time).** Proactively identify issues Contribute to process improvement initiatives.** Identify and notify team members and leads in case of short fall or deviation in the process.REQUIREMENTS:** Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.** Work in Night Shifts.** Good typing skills (desired) ** Good Problem-solving aptitude.** Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.** Minimum of 15 years of formal education Diploma/Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration) with Professional work experience of 2years.,
