Position: EXECUTIVE GROUND OPERATIONS * On time vehicle placement - Work with VM team & follow up with brokers, fleet owners & vehicle drivers to ensure that the vehicle gets customer premises as per promised SLAs * Documentation - LR & way bill generation, follow up with customer for invoice, packing list & other required documents. Ensure hand over of documents to the vehicle driver. * Departure metrics - Track vehicle departure metrics such as on time vehicle placement, detention, OTD & track the trip start time. Own the SLAs related to departure * Coordination - Work in close coordination with BD & VM team to get the contact details of the customer & vehicle vendor. Coordinate with customer contact & vehicle vendor contact for smooth transactions. * Communication - Proactively communicate, to the stake holders, exceptions such as vehicle placement delays, vehicle breakdowns & delay in loading. Record the responsible party for exceptions & communicate this information. CANDIDATE PROFILE * Candidates with field experience (2 to 3 years or even more) in logistics industry, particularly in the Operations management function are preferred. * Candidates should look beyond the obvious & be ready to push their limits. People who seek challenges & look for growth are the ones to look for. * Candidates should be very comfortable using technology, mobile apps & etc * Candidates should be willing to travel anywhere within a short span of time * Candidate should be data driven & metric focussed. * Should possess good communication skills & have the approach of Talk to resolve * Candidates possessing local language speaking abilities are desirable.
