By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil N du (IN- TN), India (IN).In this role you will be responsible for:Identify the outstanding claim with payers through the reports from clients and check website and imaging application with regard to outstanding claims and document the details in the client software for claims resolutionEnsuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAOrganizing and completing tasks according to assigned prioritiesDeveloping and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the teamResolving complex situations following pre- established guidelinesRequired Skills for this role include: University degree (Non Engineering) or equivalent that required 3 years of formal studies of the English languageAble to work independently; strong analytic skillsDetail- oriented; ability to organize and multi- taskRequired computer skills; must have experience with data entry and word processing, possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications, and understand how to navigate through web- based applicationsCognitive Skills include language, basic math skills, reasoning ability and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and make decisionsRequired schedule availability for this position is Monday- Friday 7:30 AM/ 5:30 PM IST. The Shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
