Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and implementing reward policies and procedures to ensure that Organisation is able to attract and retain the talents with desired skills sets and experience in order to achieve the Business goal
  • Develop, implement and reviews incentive schemes / performance targets for respective levels and communicate to the leadership team on a timely manner.
  • Design and Implement Short term and Long-term Bonus retention schemes for Critical Positions in collaboration with VP HR.
  • Review Reward polices on a regular basis to ensure Market parity and reward effectiveness for engaging and retaining talent.
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate information pertaining to employee costs, contract, benefits and pro-active communication on issues related to statutory, tax compliance from meeting desired expectation and ensuring timelines across Subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with all Subsidiaries for maintaining and supporting timely disbursement of all salaries in collaboration with the Codes team.
  • Responsible for proactively driving C&B benchmarking and survey for all subsidiaries and provide insights / recommendations in line with market and internal parity.
  • Design Pay and grading structures arising out of job evaluation process in line with Industry requirements.
  • Ensure and administer PF/ESI/ LWF Payment and complete documentation for Holdings.
  • Responsible for driving budget and annual increments for themselves and their subsidiaries with regard to Increments and Incentive calculation / pay out through effective internal stakeholder management.
  • Responsible for Group medical Insurance negotiation, renewals, claims for the Group n collaborations with Internal / Stakeholders.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing Expatriate framework and Polices for employees relocating outside India in respective subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for consolidation of HRMIS reporting for the group.
  • Continuous benchmark of industry practices on compensation & benefits and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate and support internal / external audits on various HR process and provide timely inputs to VP HR and Chairman ensuring complete confidentiality on the audit proceedings and observations.
  • Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to compensation & Benefits.
  • Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and providing inputs for development.
  • Train HR team employees on Job evaluation process for better validation of job roles.
  • Responsible from driving and optimising HRMS systems and process in line with business transformations.
  • Responsible for motivating and developing team members for effectively delivering their responsibilities.
