Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation from any Recognized University Experience in handling a team of 5 artists. Advanced level knowledge in Modelling , UV unwrapping , Texturing and Lighting concepts. Ability to create high quality 3D assets such as organic , inorganic models and 3D environments. Advanced level knowledge in organic and inorganic 3D animations. Advanced level knowledge in simulations. A good eye for composition of elements , colour and lighting. Ability to produce high quality work with great attention to detail. Software provided: Blender , 3D Coat , LightWave , Modo (Candidates with skills and experience in other 3D animation software tools can also apply. However , they should be willing to learn required tools and work) Job Responsibilities: Manage 3D team members and responsible for their daily work , productivity , quality and skills enhancement. Understand graphical instruction in the storyboard and create Visual Storyboard for the 3D team. Create 3D animations (organic and inorganic) using 3D models supplied primarily used for educational domain. Implement changes as requested by the client. Closely work with the project manager , instructional designer and other media artists , take part in the project discussions and offer valuable inputs. Demonstrate innovative ideas in improving productivity and quality of the output. Commitment to complete work on time , and support team members to meet project deadlines. ,
