Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have an huge opening for Semi voice process for one our largest E-Commerce client in CoimbatoreIts a Work from Home Process (WFH)Designation: Virtual Customer SupportRoles and Responsibilities:

  • Should have Good Communication skills both in English and Tamil
  • Should have good written and verbal communication in English
  • Should be flexible to handle both calls and chats
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
  • Should be comfortable and flexible to work from Home
  • Should be able to attend the weekly meetings in the company whenever called
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Freshers and Experienced both can apply for this process
  • Min 10+2 and above
  • Freshers should have all their educational certificates
  • Experienced should have all their educational and experience letters
  • No diploma holders or PG students
  • Candidate should have work environment that supports security of our customer data.
  • Should have a stablewired internet connection, LAN with aminimum speed of 10mbps.
  • Should have power back up supporting minimum 6hrs. (Not located in an area prone to regular power outages)
