Job Description

ROLES AND REPONSBILITIES:

  1. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that callers feel supported and valued.
  2. Answering calls to address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  3. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry callers, as needed
  4. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
  5. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures
DESIRED QUALITIES:
  1. Strong communication and adept learner
  2. Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  3. Proficiency with computers and typing skills.
  4. Show flexibility and ability to work in different time zones as per the business requirement
  5. Must be a highly motivated and possess accountability
