Overall 3+ years of RCM experience having sound knowledge on Payment Posting (alongwith payer websites to check ERAs/EFTs) and bank reconciliation Roles & Responsibilities: * Experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (Payment Posting) process Responsible for posting payments in practice management system for various Payers in US healthcare Working experience with different Payers Eob s on Payment posting and denials Detail Knowledge on different concepts in Payment posting Experience on reconciliation process in payment posting Ensure targets are met on daily/weekly/monthly basis within the stipulated timelines Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to Quality Standards Ensure exceptions are created post the posting Prepare and maintain a status reports * Complete Knowledge on Process * Ability to learn quickly and also provide training to others * Sharing of knowledge and best practices and ensuring adherence to compliance norms * Ability to provide real-time floor support and take refersher sessions/trainings (if required) Qualifications: UG/PG Graduation in any stream with good comm skills in English (Written and Spoken),
