    Job Description
    • Deliver labels as per customer requirements
    • Ability to lead labelers and deliver the results with expected quality
    • Monitor productivity, quality and timely report if there are any deviations
    • Support in capacity planning, label guide creation, creating training material
    • Perform quality reviews and and analyze the defects
    • Coordinate with csutomers, labelers, project manager to deliver the expected results
    • Assess and manage labelers performance and improve continuously to exceed customer expectations
    • Train the trainer skills would be preferred
    • Attention to details. problem solving, presentation skills would be preferred
    • Knowledge on traffic rules and valid license would be preferreed
