Job Description

  • Manage to close the sale via call (Voice Process)
  • Should have good experience in Inside Sales
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and weekly goals
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries by knowing products inside and out.
  • Collaborate with immediate team-members, customer service teams to ensure superior customer experience
  • We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who are go-getters, super achievers and consistently over achieve their goals and targets that support our sales cycle environment
  • Ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication, to take the lead in escalating an issue on behalf of the customer and to arrange for a supervisor to mediate in the interaction if deemed necessary by you or if requested by the customer.
  • Need to co-ordinate with PAN India teams to resolve the customer concern
  • Need to interact with cross-functional teams to resolve the customer issues
  • Making sure that customers Issues are attended, and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
  • Follow companys communication procedures, policies, and guidelines always
