Job Description

Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and similar establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. May purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.

Role Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Would be heading the House Keeping Department
  • Should Maintain and check proper PPE at work location
  • Briefing the HK Staff on a day to day basis
  • Maintaining contact with the vendor in terms of being supplied
  • Ensuring that all units are running with the sanctioned Manpower
  • To maintain as per the category of goods that have been ordered to be stocked
  • Should be going to different branches across Coimbatore to supervise the labours.

    • Qualifications:

  • Should have Degree with 2-4 years of experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Should be able to handle the large teams
