Job Description

As Manager HR, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. Youll oversee planning, developing and implementing a Talent Acquisition, Managing & Retention strategy for our company. You will also be responsible for overseeing general HR and employee engagement activities. Expectations: Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc., ) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development. Assist in employee retention and development. Lead employment branding initiatives. Undertake tasks in performance management and appraisal. Administer compensation and benefit plans. Assist in Time & Leave Management. Analyze team s training needs, schedule and coordinate Training sessions. Develop and implement employment engagement strategies. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict- freeworkplace. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Manage a team of HR executives and lead various HR activities - both internal (employee engagement, retention, policies etc., ) and external (Recruitment, Branding etc., ). Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Requirements Required skills: MBA HR or equivalent post- graduate degree. Overall 6 to 8 years of experience in HR area, with at least 4+ years of HR experience in IT companies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks. Hands- on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Ability to build strategic partnerships. Build relationships internally and externally. Collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes.,
