JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDetailed study of the plan provided by Design Team.Responsible for timely corrective and preventive action managing the execution of all scheduledworks and ensure that all help related works are carried out in timely and efficient manner.Preparation and Monitoring of project schedule & project trackers for Shop drawings, Materialdelivery & work progress of Projects.Managing and supervising HVAC Projects involving Installation, Fabrication, Erection work andcommissioning activities as per SMACNA Standards.Site Execution and supervising of Clean room panels, Ducting work, Chilled water & Hot waterPiping, Copper piping, Thermal Insulations, performing air pressure testing, validations andHandover reports.Preparation of DPR (Daily Progress Report), Maintain records of inspection made, test per-formed, and work executed etc.AHUs, ODUs, Fire Alarm, Door Interlock, Smoke Detector, CCTV camera installation and Ductinginstallation with perfect insulationEnsuring that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shopdrawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.Coordinating with ducting, piping Foreman regarding some revision of air flow diagram, ductingFore man daily instructions as per the work plan.Managing end to end layout and isometric drawing for pipeline.Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, re-quest material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the Project managementwork involving updating master detailed program, analysing expected conflicts of works, pro-curement of materials, site meeting, issues resolving, Prequalification preparation and billing & `Ventilation calculations for exhaust air quantities and fresh air requirements based on ASHRAE62.1 hand book dataLoad Calculation: Based on client specification any of the following methods are usedManual E-20, Heat loads Estimate considering parameters from ASHRAE 62.1, ASHRAE90.1, ASHRAE Application hand book, and Carrier hand book.HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) 4.50 and considering parameters from ASHRAE 62.1,ASHRAE 90.1, and ASHRAE Application hand book, for any changes in design considera-tions.Duct Sizing using Equal friction method or static regain method following ASHRAE Standards &available heights.ESP calculation based on final drawings for the specific unit and considering coefficient valuesfrom ASHRAE standards and air conditioning principles.Selecting air terminals based on client specifications and false ceiling patrons by using manualdata as well as software like Beta Performance.Chilled water pipe sizing following ASHRAE conditions using manual graph or Mcquay Pipe SizerHead loss calculation of chilled water pipe system for the selection of the pump.Selection & sizing of primary & secondary pumps & decoupler sizing.Sizing the final capacities of chillers with respect to market availability, energy efficiency & costfactors with supervision of senior design engineers.
