Assist and support the Sous Chef in the preparation of different foods. Ensure that food sanitation, safety, and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis. Must read and execute daily preparation lists. Communicate well with the Production team Maintain quality and proper presentation of food to meet and exceed departmental standards. Keep supervision on junior staff on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies. Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time.,
